Putnam Handyman Services Warranty

Putnam Handyman Services Inc. warrants that all materials will be of standard or above quality if purchased by Putnam Handyman Services Inc.  Any material(s) or product(s) not purchased by Putnam Handyman Services Inc. will not be warrantied by Putnam Handyman Services Inc.  Labor is warrantied for a period of one (1) year on contracts from the date signed.  Putnam Handyman Services Inc.’s liability under a warranty claim shall not exceed the Total Price charged for the work performed. Customer shall make warranty claims immediately upon discovering a defect or performance problem. *In the event that the substrate or any prior coating fails beneath what Putnam Handyman Services Inc. has installed and/or applied, Putnam Handyman Services Inc. will not be held liable for the failure of the substrate, foundation or any coating. Failure to comply with the terms, conditions, and payment schedule of this agreement will void all warranties.
