Why remodel your kitchen?
Over time, regular use leaves a kitchen looking dated and working poorly. Remodeling fixes both. The biggest reason most homeowners call us is function: more cabinet storage, a bigger dining area, better lighting, or appliances that aren't twenty years old.
A remodel also improves efficiency. Modern appliances use far less energy than the units they replace, and new lighting and insulation lower the monthly bill. If you have young children or older family members in the house, we can widen walkways and move hazards out of reach.
And the kitchen is the first room a buyer wants to see. A well-built remodel is one of the few projects that reliably adds to the value of a home in Putnam, Westchester, Dutchess, Fairfield and Litchfield counties.
How we work
We start with a free in-home visit and a written estimate. From there we help you choose materials, lay out the space and set a realistic schedule. Our own carpenters handle demolition, framing, cabinets, counters, tile, flooring, trim and paint, so you're not coordinating three subcontractors.
We've remodeled hundreds of kitchens across New York and Connecticut since 2005. Every job is fully licensed and insured, and labor is warrantied for one year.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A cabinet-and-counter refresh usually runs one to two weeks. A full gut remodel with new layout, flooring and electrical typically takes four to six weeks once materials are on site.
Do I need to move out?
No. We set up dust barriers and keep a working path through the house. Most families set up a temporary kitchen in another room for the duration.
Do you offer senior or veteran discounts?
Yes. Ask when you call and we'll apply it to your written estimate.
